For founders who are still everyone’s first stop
You doubled the team.
Why are you still answering every question?
You hired people to take work off your plate. But the links, updates, approvals and “quick questions” still come to you. Your team grew. Your day still belongs to everyone else.
We help you build a way for routine questions to get answered, requests to reach the right person and real decisions to reach you.
Start with a conversation about one recurring interruption.
More people.
Same point of failure: you.
If the answer lives in your head, hiring adds more people who need access to your head.
And if asking you is faster than finding the document, checking the status or choosing an owner, that is the route people will keep taking.
The founder bottleneck starts to disappear when the next step is clear without you.
A better route for the next question
Give the answer a home.
Give the decision an owner.
We start with the questions that keep coming back. Then we separate three kinds of work that currently land in the same inbox.
The answer already exists
Make it easy to find and safe to use.
Connect recurring questions to approved procedures, project information or a maintained knowledge base. Where useful, an internal AI assistant can retrieve the answer and show its source. Missing or conflicting information goes to a named person.
Someone else can decide
Make ownership explicit.
Define who handles the request, what they can approve and when they need to escalate. Give the team the context and authority to move the work forward without asking for your permission every time.
It genuinely needs you
Bring you the decision, with the context.
Group non-urgent requests into an agreed check-in. Include what happened, what is needed and by when. Define an urgent route separately so a real problem does not wait for the next digest.
What you are really buying back
A morning you can finish
on your own terms.
A useful system lets you focus without making the team wait. It also avoids turning you into the person who spends the afternoon checking everything the automation did.
The test is your total workload.
- How many routine questions still reach you?
- How long does the team wait for a usable answer?
- How much time goes into checking, correcting and maintaining the process?
- Do important exceptions reach the right person in time?
We agree a baseline and targets for your workflow. No blanket promise that AI will remove a fixed percentage of your messages.
Start small enough to know if it works
Bring the questions you answered this week.
You do not need a polished brief or a new company-wide platform. A sample of repeated questions is enough to start a conversation about where the work gets stuck.
If an audit makes sense, we map one workflow, check the available information and identify what can be answered, delegated or batched. You get a clear decision on whether a build is worth it.
Sometimes the right first fix is a better procedure or a clear approval limit. That belongs in the recommendation too.
Before you add another system
Why does my team still ask me everything?
Asking you may be the most reliable way to get an answer. The information might be scattered, out of date or missing, or people may not know what they are allowed to decide. Start by separating missing information from unclear ownership. Each needs a different fix.
How do I stop being the bottleneck in my business?
Review a sample of the questions reaching you. Identify repeat answers, decisions someone else can own and exceptions that really need you. Give each a source, an owner and a route. Then measure whether fewer routine questions reach you without creating more checking work.
We already have SOPs. Why would this help?
A document only helps if the team can find it, trust it and apply it. We check where people get stuck before adding anything. The fix may be a clearer procedure, a named owner or an easier way to retrieve the right answer from your existing knowledge base.
Can an AI assistant answer repetitive team questions?
For a defined set of questions, an assistant can retrieve answers from approved information. Access, source quality and escalation rules need to be checked first. If the source is missing, conflicting or out of date, the question should go to a person rather than receive a guessed answer.
Will this work with our email, chat and other tools?
We assess the channels you already use and start with one workflow. Supported integrations, account permissions and the information people can access are confirmed in the audit. Connecting every channel at once is not a prerequisite.
Will I end up managing another tool?
The audit includes the time needed to maintain information, review exceptions and check the system. We agree who owns that work before a build. The point is to reduce your total workload, including the work the new process creates.
